I help small service businesses get their email marketing working. Not in a complicated, jargon-heavy, spend-hours-on-a-content-calendar kind of way. In a practical, straightforward, you-can-actually-do-this kind of way.
I know what it’s like to work with small business owners who have an email list sitting there, untouched, while the guilt quietly builds. I’ve seen it hundreds of times. And I know that the problem is almost never a lack of ideas or effort. It’s a lack of a simple process to follow.
That’s what I help people build.
Why I Love This Work
There’s a moment I live for. It’s when I’m explaining something to a business owner — how email marketing can work for their specific business — and I can almost see the lightbulb come on. That shift from ‘this feels overwhelming’ to ‘oh, I can actually do this.’
That moment gives me a lot of satisfaction. Because it means someone who was stuck is no longer stuck. And in a small business, that matters.
I believe every small business owner has an inner marketer waiting to get out. Sometimes they just need someone to show them the way in plain English.

A Bit About Me
I’ve been working in marketing for over 20 years, and I started Marketing by Minal because I wanted to work directly with the people I enjoy helping most, small business owners.
Everything I teach and recommend comes from real experience of what works when you’re running a small business. I won’t suggest anything I haven’t tried myself. And I won’t blind you with jargon. If a technical term is unavoidable, I’ll break it down until it makes sense.
I’m based in West London, but I work with people wherever they are.
When I’m not working, I’m attempting to bake something (results vary), watching The Secret Life of the Zoo, trying to hit my annual reading target, or pottering in the garden. And keeping Roxy, my dog, out of trouble — she’s cute and cheeky in equal measure.
